kde-config-systemd software package provides KDE control center module for Systemd, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-config-systemd
kde-config-systemd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-config-systemd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-config-systemd *
You will get with kde-config-systemd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
